ACLU The ACLU’s Reproductive Freedom Project protects everyone’s right to make informed decisions free from government interference about whether and when to become a parent.

Advocates for Youth provides resources and advocates for policies to help young people make informed and responsible decisions about their reproductive and sexual health.

The Guttmacher Institute features sexual and reproductive health research, policy analysis, and public education materials related to U.S. and international communities.

Answer (sex ed, honestly) is a national organization dedicated to providing and promoting comprehensive sexuality education to young people and the adults who teach them.

CDC Adolescent Reproductive Health offers information about the importance of prevention and links to research about adolescent sexual health.

Child Trends researches teen sex and pregnancy and examines sexual activity, contraceptive use, and fertility, focusing particularly on teens and young adults, to help program providers and policy makers develop strategies for preventing unintended pregnancies, nonmarital births, and sexually transmitted infections.

Community Action Kit from SIECUS provides you with the tools you will need to become knowledgeable about sexuality education, build support in your state or community, work to implement sound policies, and institute or defend an effective comprehensive sexuality education program.

Healthy Teen Network, a national organization, is devoted to making a difference in the lives of teens and young families, focusing on adolescent health and well-being with an emphasis on teen pregnancy prevention, teen pregnancy, and teen parenting.

The National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy supports a combination of responsible values and behavior by both men and women and responsible policies in both the public and private sectors to strategize how to prevent teen pregnancy and unplanned pregnancy among single, young adults.

Office of Adolescent Health coordinates adolescent health programs and initiatives across the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services related to adolescent health promotion and disease prevention.

Tools for Educators – Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s resource site that offers tips about implementing comprehensive sex education.

RH Reality Check – Information and Analysis for Reproductive Health. RH Reality Check is an online community and publication serving individuals and organizations committed to advancingsexual and reproductive health and rights.

ReCAPP (ETR) – The Resource Center for Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention (ReCAPP) provides practical tools and information to effectively reduce sexual risk-taking behaviors. Teachers and health educators will find up-to-date, evaluated program materials to help with their work with teens.

Religious Institute affirms the religious foundations for supporting sexuality education and supports comprehensive sexuality education programs that are age-appropriate, accurate and truthful.

SexEd Library – a project of SIECUS, is the most comprehensive online sex ed resource in the nation. Hundreds of lesson plans have been analyzed to offer easy access to the very best on such topics as sexual and reproductive health, puberty, abstinence, relationships, HIV/AIDS, sexual orientation, and more.

National Survey of Family Growth - Interviews were conducted with over 13,000 teens.  Teenagers were asked if they received formal instruction on four topics of sex education at school, church, a community center, or some other place before they were 18 years old and the grade they were in when this first occurred. In addition, they were asked if they talked to their parents before they were 18 about topics concerning sex, birth control, sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), and the Human Immunodeficiency Virus HIV/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) prevention.

Amplify Your Voice – a project of Advocates for Youth, is an online community dedicated to sexual health, reproductive justice, and youth-led grassroots movement building.

Community Action Kit from SIECUS provides you with the tools you will need to become knowledgeable about sexuality education, build support in your state or community, work to implement sound policies, and institute or defend an effective comprehensive sexuality education program.

Go Ask Alice!, produced and funded entirely by Columbia University, answers questions about relationships; sexuality; sexual health; emotional health; fitness; nutrition; alcohol, nicotine, and other drugs; and, general health.

It’s Your Sex Life is the official website of MTV and the Kaiser Family Foundation’s Emmy Award winning It’s Your (Sex) Life public information campaign

SexEtc.: Sex Education by Teens for Teens! is part of the Teen-to-Teen Sexuality Education Project developed by Answer, a national organization dedicated to providing and promoting comprehensive sexuality education to young people and the adults who teach them.

Scarleteen is compiled and written for a young adult population, primarily based in the information that population directly asks us for, and much of our information is more appropriate for teens and young adults.

Teen Talk is offered for teens by Planned Parenthood Federation of America.
