Program Manager

West Des Moines, IA | Full-Time

EyesOpenIowa is seeking a Program Manager to lead and grow programs that support young people across Iowa.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, relationship-driven, and ready to take ownership of meaningful work. You’ll lead program implementation, build partnerships with schools and community organizations, and support youth leadership through our Youth Advisory Cohort.

If you’re someone who can manage details, build strong connections, and deliver real results—this role matters.

Position Highlights

• Lead and manage programs from planning through execution

• Build partnerships across communities and organizations

• Support youth engagement and leadership development

• Ensure program goals, reporting, and outcomes are met

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $42,000 – $58,000

We are recruiting an Intern for our “Sexual Health for Adolescents Rooted in Equity” (SHARE) project.

The Youth Advisory Cohort (YAC) aims to enhance Sexual and Reproductive Health for Iowa's youth, especially those facing systemic marginalization or discrimination.
